This week at Adjust Your Set we've choosen the British Heart Foundation's latest campaign featuring ex-football hardman-turned-actor Vinnie Jones as Video of the Week.
If someone near you suffers a cardiac arrest, hands-only CPR is an effective way to keep them alive until an ambulance arrives. We all know the Bee Gee's classic song "Stayin' Alive" and with 103 beats per minute, it has a perfect rhythm to keep you pumping at the right speed.
In the new advert, Jones reprises his role as Big Chris from Guy Ritchie's film Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and accompanied by two associates he explains how best to resuscitate someone.
