BRANDED CONTENT WINS THE BRIGHTCOVE INNOVATION AWARD

Adjust Your Set video agency has today won the Brightcove Innovation Award for Best Customised Brightcove Player with branded content from Thomas Pink TV. Adjust Your Set created the bespoke branded player for the luxury clothing company, part of LVMH, to showcase the tradition of the label and quality of the products.

'Pink TV’ was initially launched in October 2009 with the aim to broaden customer engagement and increase online sales. Since then over 214,074 minutes of branded content has been watched which includes heritage films about the brand and how-to guides on various styles.

Click-to-buy functionality is embedded within the branded video content to encourage customers to make a purchasing decision and provides a clear link between content and commerce.

The award was presented during Brightcove PLAY 2011, their first global customer and online video conference which took place this week in Boston.

The event brought together the best and brightest in the online video industry for three days of networking, next generation product demos, best practice sharing and keynote presentations.

The awards recognise some of the most innovative, cutting edge online video initiatives and campaigns across a number of industries and use cases.

“At Adjust Your Set we pride ourselves on producing bespoke strategy and technology for each individual client. Working closely with Thomas Pink we wanted to bring to life the quality and tradition of the brand and provide customers with an engaging luxury experience. Online video is still an enormous growth area and we’re excited to be at the forefront of this media phenomenon,” said Chris Gorell Barnes, CEO of Adjust Your Set.
